Oracle ERP Functional Consultant: EBS HRMS & Payroll Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, extensive GCC client support experience, and a proven track record in handling end-to-end HR and payroll processes. You will act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth HR operations and Oracle system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Self-Service HR, Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance Management, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage the full payroll cycle, including pre- and post-payroll activities, reconciliation, and coordination with business users.
  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas and Approval Management Engine (AME) setups.
  • Handle appraisal cycles, including performance plan creation, publishing objectives, and review processes.
  • Support integration activities with third-party systems external to Oracle ERP.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless rollout, support, and system upgrades.
  • Provide system administration support, configuration changes, and testing as part of enhancement or support initiatives.
  • Work closely with GCC-based business users to meet regional HRMS and Payroll compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 14 years of experience in Oracle HCM modules with strong expertise in functional configuration and process design.
  • At least 4 years of direct support experience working with GCC clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas (creation, modification, testing).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of AME configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow setup.
  • Experienced in one or more Rollout and Upgrade Projects within Oracle EBS HCM.
  • Sound understanding of HRMS functional flows and best practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Costing and Accounts Payable (AP) modules of Oracle Finance related to payroll accounting.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Prior implementation experience in Oracle HCM modules.
  • Understanding of multi-organization structures within Oracle ERP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
