Your Impact

• Project Orchestration: Manage the lifecycle of consulting engagements, from initial scheduling and resource allocation to final delivery.
• Client Relations: Serve as the professional liaison between our consultants and high-level stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
• Documentation Excellence: Prepare, format, and proofread high-stakes proposals, reports, and presentations that reflect our brand's precision.
• Strategic Support: Maintain our CRM and internal tracking systems to ensure no detail is missed and every deadline is met.
• Office Diplomacy: Oversee daily administrative operations at our Al Wakrah Tower headquarters to maintain a world-class working environment.

What You Bring

• The Coordinator’s Edge: 3+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a consultancy, legal, or professional services firm.
• Linguistic Versatility: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly regarded given our local client base.
• Organizational Mastery: A borderline-obsessive attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects without breaking a sweat.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Local Savvy: Based in or willing to commute to Al Wakrah, with a strong understanding of Qatari business etiquette.
