Business Unit / Practice

Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) provides management consulting in strategy and operations. CIPS comprises five priority sectors: Retail & Consumer Products, Industrial Products - Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Real Estate, and Transportation and Logistics. The practice helps clients solve complex business challenges, stimulate innovation, unlock data possibilities, manage risk and regulation, optimise deals, and align costs with business strategy.

Job Summary

PwC Real Estate/Construction Consulting focuses on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating holistic transformation business cases within the industry. The team provides multidisciplinary consulting for the local real estate sector as part of PwC's Global Real Estate Industry practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

Within RE&M, you will lead cross-functional internal and client teams across real estate, affordable housing and construction to develop and deliver operations strategies, business transformation, digital customer and developer journeys, and related initiatives. Emphasis on implementing business transformation, operating models, process improvements, optimization, and supply-demand analysis.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional responsibilities for this management level include:

• Developing yourself personally with a focus on trends across sectors and client impact.
• Writing and presenting winning proposals to support clients in the Middle East.
• Developing new propositions to help clients.
• Leveraging experience across industries to bring best practices to client engagements.
• Collaborating with colleagues in Middle Eastern offices and international teams.
• Staying current with regional and global trends.
• Leading teams and mentoring/training colleagues to foster high performance.
• Working within the CIPS team to shape client outcomes and access PwC training and network resources.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, stay resilient, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East and globally as project requirements dictate.
• Experience with data gathering, analysis, and reporting insights.
• Ability to understand and address client challenges to maximise ROI on human capital investments.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor's degree; ideally MBA, Six Sigma, Lean, and Certification in Supply Chain.

Years of Experience: 10 years in management consulting focusing on Construction/Real-estate; extensive experience in managing organizational transformation/restructuring projects; strong understanding of strategy management, organization design, processes management and implementation, and PMO setup. Fluency in English is essential; multilingual Arabic is preferable.

Language Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
