BU Description: Our Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) practice delivers management consulting in strategy and operations to help clients address complex business challenges. CIPS comprises five priority sectors: Retail & Consumer Products, Industrial Products - Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Real Estate, and Transportation and Logistics. Within CIPS Consulting, you will help clients seize essential advantages by collaborating with business leaders to solve tough problems and capture opportunities, working with some of the world's largest and most complex companies to create sustainable change through innovative thinking, data-driven decision making, risk navigation, regulatory alignment, and cost optimization to gain competitive advantage.

Job Summary

PwC Real Estate/Construction Consulting focuses on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating holistic transformation business cases within the industry. Our team comprises experienced professionals with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and issues relevant to local and global environments. This practice services clients in the local real estate industry as part of PwC's Global Real Estate Industry practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

Within Real Estate & Management (RE&M) you will lead cross-functional internal and client teams across real estate, affordable housing, and construction to develop and deliver operations strategies, business transformation, digital customer and developer journeys in real estate and housing sectors. Emphasis is on implementing business transformation, operating models, process improvements, optimization, and supply-demand analysis, among others.

As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional responsibilities for this management level include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing yourself and staying informed on sector trends to shape client thinking and PwC's market success.
  • Writing and presenting winning proposals to support clients in the Middle East.
  • Supporting development of new propositions to help our clients.
  • Leveraging experience across industries to bring best practices to client engagements and goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives, and with international teams where appropriate.
  • Keeping up to date with regional and global trends.
  • Leading teams and mentoring/training other members to foster a high-performance environment.
  • Working within the CIPS team to understand key regional themes, collaborating with other experts to shape client futures and drive positive change. Access to the latest training and development tools and support from the wider PwC network is available.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, remain resilient, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as project requirements dictate.
  • Experience with data gathering, analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage clients' unique challenges to maximise return on investment in human capital.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor's degree; ideal additional qualifications include MBA, Six Sigma, Lean, or Certification in Supply Chain.

Years of Experience: 10 years in management consulting focusing on Construction/Real Estate. Extensive experience in managing organizational transformation and restructuring projects. Deep understanding of strategy management, organization design, processes management and implementation, and PMO setup.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluent in English; multilingual Arabic speakers are preferable.
