Systems Limited is looking for Consumer Insights Executive (Analytics) supports the Insights & Foresights (I&F) team in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights through robust data analysis and reporting. The role focuses on data integration, analysis execution, and project coordination to support business understanding of consumer behavior, category performance, and competitive trends—particularly within New Categories.
By consolidating and analyzing data from traditional research, digital analytics, and internal performance sources, the Executive will provide essential analytical support that underpins business planning, performance reviews, and long-range forecasting.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources such as track, incidence, digital, online listings, and internal sales to create unified performance datasets.

Lead the overall data management and governance for the Analytics team, ensuring all key data points are readily available and updated.

Assist in maintaining a central repository of consumer and competitor data to improve consistency and accessibility across markets.

Identify basic process or reporting improvements to enhance analytical accuracy and efficiency.

Execute regular performance tracking and prepare dashboards or reports summarizing key consumer, category, and competitor trends.

Support analysis of market and portfolio dynamics (e.g., nicotine strength, flavors, pricing) to define the contestable vapor market for each country.

Assist in preparing forecasts and inputs for long-range planning (Glidepath), including consumer incidence, category volume, and portfolio performance.

Support the execution of business cases and quarterly insights reviews.

Compile and summarize findings from multiple research sources to support insights generation and management presentations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Analytics or related field.

At least 2-3 years prior experience within a similar role – market research / consumer insights / business analytics

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Understanding of basic research methodologies (tracking, incidence, equity).

Familiarity with digital analytics data (e.g., Search, Sentiment Analysis, Digital Listings).

High attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
