Contact Center Agent

Kuwait

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Contact Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and providing an exceptional service experience that reflects the Boutiqaat brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies.
  • Contribute to team targets and overall contact center performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
