Job Description:
1. To organize day-to-day activities related to the operations of call center.
2. To perform inbound and outbound calls for campaigns.
3. To obtain and maintain data.
4. To answer queries of donors & other callers.
5. To ensure timely submission of reports.
6. To call potential donors for follow up of donations.
7. Remain calm and never argue with a donor or needy person.
8. Any other related task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
1. Education must be at least Intermediate.
2. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
3. Good verbal, written and active listening skills.
4. Ability to use MS Office, CRM software & phone systems.
5. Strong empathy, patience and de-escalation skills to handle variety of callers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
