Content Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and onboarding qualified trainers and content partners, evaluating course ideas, and coordinating course development to ensure high-quality, timely, and market-relevant learning content for the eyouth learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach qualified trainers, subject matter experts, and content partners.

Present eyouth’s model and onboard instructors according to content standards and guidelines.

Evaluate proposed course ideas and ensure alignment with strategic learning categories.

Coordinate with instructors during the course preparation phase (outline, materials, structure).

Ensure all required documents (agreements, forms, content checklists) are completed.

Follow up on course production timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Work closely with the academic and production teams to maintain content quality standards.

Track the content acquisition pipeline and provide periodic reports on onboarding progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in content acquisition, partnerships, business development, or learning/content-related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in EdTech platforms, online learning, or digital content companies (preferred).

Experience in sourcing and onboarding trainers or subject matter experts.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
