Most writing work in Pakistan splits into two dead ends. Content mills pay per word and reward volume over quality — you never go deep enough on any topic to actually know it. Agency copy work means negotiating your own headline back from a client who hired you to write it. The copy that goes live is never the copy you wrote, and you never find out what the results were.

ABS International is a Direct US Principal operating from Rawalpindi since 2012. We run our own US-facing business — not client accounts. Two writers join our March team. Both seats work on the same brand, the same US market, and the same content strategy.

What the work involves

One seat focuses on SEO long-form: research US-market topics using Ahrefs and SurferSEO until you have genuine expertise on the subject, then write 1,500–2,500 word articles structured to rank for a US reader who can tell the difference between research and filler.

The other seat focuses on conversion copy: sales copy for US audiences across social media, email sequences, landing pages, and ad campaigns. The first three seconds are your entire job. You write CTAs that drive action, test variations, and iterate on real conversion data. Word count is irrelevant. Conversion rate is not.

Both seats require strong written English, a clear authoritative voice, and the ability to produce work that performs — not just work that is submitted.

Your application tells us which seat fits you. If your strongest work is long-form research-backed content, say so. If it is short-form conversion copy, say so. If you can do both, we will discuss it in screening.

What you need

Experience in either long-form SEO content writing or persuasive sales copy — preferably both. Strong English grammar and a writing voice that does not need to be adjusted for a US reader. Morning shift availability, Monday through Saturday, on-site at Rania Mall, Rawalpindi.

What you earn

PKR 65,000–80,000 per month based on portfolio and experience. Annual increment based on performance. Paid access to SurferSEO and Ahrefs from day one. The portfolio you build here carries US-market weight — because it is built on US-audience content, not local briefs.
