Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content writing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This role is perfect for someone who understands content marketing, social media trends, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and publish content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content aligned with brand voice.
• Manage social media calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
• Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with graphic tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Video editing or reel creation skills.
• Experience in B2B or tech industry.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
