Location: Hybrid (On-site once per week + Remote using Time Doctor)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Pay: $17 - $19 / hour
We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and organized Community and Content Creator to lead the development, execution and management of our multi-platform social media strategy. This role is critical for increasing organic traffic, brand visibility, and customer engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc. The ideal candidate will understand HVAC audiences and can combine creativity with data insights to grow our presence on social media’s, marketplaces and in industry-specific forums, groups, and online communities.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and implement platform-specific organic strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, eBay, and others.
- Create and schedule diverse content formats (e.g., reels, stories, video shorts, carousels, group posts).
- Write copy, scripts, and content plans for social posts, promotions, and group content.
- Schedule and post content 30 days in advance when possible.
Community Growth & Engagement:
- Proactively invite users to follow and engage with our pages and content.
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with the community across all platforms.
- Increase interaction, followers, and organic visibility across all platforms.
- Monitor HVAC-related forums, subreddits, LinkedIn groups, and other communities.
Performance & Reporting:
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, and content reach.
- Use GTINs and UTM’s on ads and posts where applicable
- Maintain active communication with your manager, seeking approvals or sharing updates.
- Track, analyze, and present weekly performance metrics: engagement, follower growth, post reach, conversions, etc.
- Use performance insights to optimize content strategy, posting times, and engagement techniques.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of social media management experience, preferably in service industries (e.g., HVAC, home services, construction, etc.)
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and marketplace environments (Amazon, eBay) and their unique best practices.
- Proficient in social scheduling tools and analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics).
- Experience with photography, videography and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Basic graphic design and ad creation experience
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly (experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visual content and current trends.
- Proficient in English and Spanish
About the Role + Benefits:
