We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative, AI-savvy Content & Community Marketing Specialist to help us grow our digital presence, engage with online communities, and create content that drives awareness and trust.

What You’ll Do

As our Content & Community Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the center of how UpFix and MyAirbags show up online. You’ll use AI tools to work smarter, but you’ll bring your own creativity and voice to everything you create.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Research, draft, and publish 1–2 SEO/AEO-optimized blog posts per week (repair guides, FAQs, how-tos).
  • Community Engagement: Manage and participate in forums, Reddit threads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups to build trust and authority.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Repurpose blog and video content for social.
  • Video Support: Script, film, and edit simple YouTube/TikTok/IG Shorts using AI tools and basic editing software.
  • SEO & AEO: Optimize content for Google search and answer engines (AI and voice search like ChatGPT, Google SGE, Alexa).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media performance. Share weekly reports on traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Collaboration: Work with the CEO and our external ad vendor to align content with larger campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing skills: clear, engaging, and customer-friendly.
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Canva AI, SurferSEO, etc.).
  • Basic video skills (filming on phone, editing short clips).
  • Curiosity and initiative (a fast learner who enjoys experimenting)
  • Understanding of social platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, FB).
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data and adjust.
  • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
