Content Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and distributing engaging multimedia content across various platforms to support our brand, marketing, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

-Produce and edit high-quality photo, video, audio, and graphic content for web, social media, email campaigns, and external communications.
=Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development to ensure multimedia content aligns with branding and messaging.
-Produce educational and promotional videos as needed.

  • Content Management:

-Organize and maintain a multimedia content library, ensuring all assets are properly tagged, archived, and accessible.
-Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website via WordPress.

  • Strategy & Analytics:

-Utilize various digital platforms (social media, email, web, etc.) to identify and engage target audiences, with the goal of increasing reach, driving engagement, and cultivating potential partnerships to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
-Monitor SEO analytics and media performance metrics to refine and optimize future content.
Complete KPI report on a monthly basis

  • Project Coordination:

-Manage production timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
-Liaise with internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Canva, Wordpress and multimedia platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop fresh, engaging, and visually compelling content across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics, trends and audience interests.
  • Strong eye for detail and quality in producing professional-grade multimedia content that aligns with brand standards and messaging.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinate production timelines, and maintain editorial calendars effectively.
  • Ability to interpret content performance data and audience insights to inform strategy, optimize engagement, and improve future campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
