Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Messaging

• Develop and maintain MakeO’s signature tone across campaigns, channels, and formats
• Collaborate with design and growth teams to align words with visuals and business goals

Digital & Social Media Content

• Write engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Script product videos, reels, and influencer collabs with creativity and clarity

Website & Product Copy

• Craft SEO-friendly copy for website pages, landing experiences, and product descriptions
• Ensure all content is concise, compelling, and consistent

Campaigns & Creative Copy

• Ideate and write copy for digital ads, emailers, banners, and offline campaigns
• Turn briefs into brilliant concepts that connect emotionally and drive action

Research & Strategy

• Stay plugged into consumer trends, competitors, and cultural moments
• Bring fresh ideas that elevate brand storytelling and improve user engagement
