Hours: Monday & Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM

Location: On-site at McDonough Home Studio

Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Content Creation Assistant to join our mission to disrupt, lead differently, and win bigger. You’ll be my right-hand support in my studio space, helping me turn ideas into engaging video content that speaks to the heart and transforms our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Studio Setup & Support: Assist with setting up lights, cameras, and audio equipment to ensure everything is in place for a smooth shoot.

✅ Recording & Tech Management: Press record, manage multiple camera angles, and handle any technical adjustments during filming.

✅ Creative Collaboration: Work alongside me to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with our purpose-driven transformation.

✅ On-the-Go Support: Be available to attend events with me as needed to assist with capturing content, managing gear, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You’re a little tech-savvy, creative individual with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail. You believe in the power of video to shift beliefs and activate emotion. You’re reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in twice a week to help us create content that truly resonates and empowers others.
