  • Content Strategy & Development:

Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.

Create content calendars for social media, blog articles, print campaigns, and website updates.

Craft compelling copy for brochures, catalogs, press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Conduct SEO keyword research for website optimization and blog articles.

Produce and edit high-quality ad copy, captions, blog posts, video scripts, and CTAs for various platforms.

Maintain brand tone and voice consistency across all mediums.

  • Social Media Content Creation & Publishing:

Oversee the production of graphics, animations, reels, and videos for social platforms.

Ensure posts include trending hashtags, tags, and CTAs optimized for engagement.

Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists to create high-converting ads and campaigns.

Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Hootsuite.

Manage real-time or run-time tasks by assigning resources and ensuring rapid delivery.

  • Website Content Management: Develop and update website copy, landing pages, and blog articles. Optimize web content for SEO and lead generation. Collaborate with designers and developers for new website sections, layouts, or landing pages. Proofread and edit web content for clarity, grammar, and readability. Ensure mobile responsiveness and UI/UX optimization for website content.
  • Print Media Content Development: Create press releases, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and sales materials. Work with graphic designers to ensure visually appealing designs complement the copy. Proofread and ensure grammar, punctuation, and layout accuracy in print materials. Provide content for event promotions, banners, posters, and product packaging.
  • Team Leadership & Workflow Coordination: Supervise and guide the Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Writers to meet deadlines. Assign and prioritize tasks, especially for run-time requests from clients. Conduct content reviews and quality assurance checks before approvals. Coordinate with the Web Development and Design teams for web updates. Mentor junior team members to enhance skills and creativity.
  • Content Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, impressions, leads, and conversions across all platforms. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEMrush for performance tracking. Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative approaches.
  • Client Engagement & Crisis Management: Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and feedback. Present strategies, performance reports, and upcoming plans during meetings. Handle content-related crises professionally and escalate major issues to senior management. Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and platform-specific compliance guidelines.
