Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Content Creator & Strategist to spearhead our daily content creation efforts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, has a knack for storytelling, and knows how to capture attention in the first few seconds of a video. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a daily content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Ads tailored to our brand's voice and audience.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos and static content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding, campaigns, and product launches.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy to optimize engagement and ad effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
• Experiment with storytelling techniques, hooks, and call-to-actions to maximize ad performance.
• Coordinate with external creators or influencers as needed to amplify the brand's reach.
• Organize and maintain a content library for reuse and repurposing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation for social media and ads, preferably in e-commerce or personal care.
• Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, shareable content that drives conversions.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, advertising best practices, and audience engagement tactics.
• Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
• Familiarity with analyzing ad performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with paid media campaigns and ad optimization.
• Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly product marketing.
• Understanding of SEO for video content on platforms like YouTube.
