Content Creator

As a Pashto-speaking Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, videos, reels, and training materials). Your role will directly contribute to building Scaleup Connect’s presence among Pashto-speaking communities, especially in learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, script, and edit short-form and long-form content in Pashto for social media, campaigns, and training programs.
• Translate/Localize existing English or Urdu content into culturally relevant Pashto content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and L&D teams to develop educational and career development content.
• Produce engaging videos, reels, and graphics that resonate with students, professionals, and corporate audiences in KPK and beyond.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with Scaleup Connect’s goals.
• Monitor audience engagement and optimize content strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in Pashto (spoken ) is mandatory.
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in basic design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Ability to work independently and bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas.
• Prior experience in content creation, journalism, or digital marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
