Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator, individual will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality digital content that promotes properties, builds our brand presence, and engages across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Create compelling copy, blog posts, video scripts, and social media captions focused on trends, listings, neighborhoods, and home-buying/selling tips.
• Produce visual content such as listing videos, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, virtual tours, infographics, and neighborhood highlights.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule regular content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor engagement and grow audience through consistent posting and interaction.

Brand Storytelling:

• Help establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
• Share client success stories, agent spotlights, and community features to humanize the brand.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed on marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or digital marketer (real estate experience a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred for this role.
