Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a videographer and photographer, responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, producing, and editing high-quality content that promotes Rixos Premium Dubai.
• Manage the entire creative process, from briefs and logistics to setup and final shoot, ensuring exceptional images and videos.
• Capture events and activations at the hotels, documenting key moments.
• Organize video and photo shoots with various departments for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee technical aspects of photography and videography, including editing and post-production using the latest software.
• Translate scripts and briefs into compelling visual content aligned with brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and editing software to keep content innovative and relevant.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access and management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in photography and videography.
• Background in film studies, mass communication, photography, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with DSLR and digital video cameras, sound equipment, and managing production processes.
• Strong skills in editing with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with sound mixing and color grading.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Creative, storytelling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
• Proactive, resourceful, adaptable to ambiguity, and able to anticipate needs.
