Key Responsibilities:

Proven ability to create video and photo content at scale and with speed, especially for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Basic proficiency in shooting, lighting, editing, and photography/photo editing. - Basic knowledge of any editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Lightroom.

Experience with AI tools and a keen interest in learning new tech and content workflows.

Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct, guide, and engage talent on camera.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive with the drive to get things done without micromanagement.

Passion for staying on trend, experimenting with formats, and finding creative ways to deliver content fast.
