Content Creator

This role will be responsible for end-to-end content creation across our social media platforms — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Key Tasks

• Conceptualize – Develop trend-based, engaging ideas that highlight Dubai’s real estate lifestyle and property launches.
• Create & Film – Shoot property walkthroughs, lifestyle visuals, and agent-led videos that connect with target audiences.
• Edit – Produce scroll-stopping videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, featuring trendy music, smooth transitions, and bold text overlays.
• Social Media Calendar & Scheduling – Plan, organize, and update the monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment across all platforms.
• Optimize – Write catchy captions, use strategic hashtags, and tailor each post for platform-specific performance.
• Follow-Up & Coordination – Track post performance, gather feedback from the marketing and sales teams, and ensure timely content delivery and updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating viral Reels, TikToks, or Shorts.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content.
• Ability to adapt trending sounds, memes, and formats to the Dubai property niche.
• Skilled in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong creative sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Organized and proactive in maintaining social media calendars and performance tracking.

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per week
