Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and talented Content Creator/Community Specialist/Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for PSI, exceptional writing skills, and experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms including [list specific platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.].
• Develop content strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Manage and moderate online communities to ensure positive interactions and foster a sense of belonging among members.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Community Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Real Estate content creation is a plus.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques..
