The Role:
We're hiring a Content Creator who lives and breathes photo and video to join our content team. You'll be behind the camera, in the edit suite, and everywhere in between — producing scroll-stopping content that captures who RYSE is and where we're going. This is a hands-on, for someone who's equally comfortable on set and in post-production, quick turnarounds and fast paced environments.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal use
Edit footage using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,
Retouch and color-grade photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content with brand vision
Maintain and organize a library of assets, footage, and templates
Stay on top of visual trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Occasionally support live events, activations, and behind-the-scenes coverage

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in photo/video production and editing (in-house, agency, or freelance)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content — social, brand, product, lifestyle
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Solid photo editing skills (Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop)
A good eye for composition, lighting, color, and storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Collaborative attitude with a self-starter mindset
Motion graphics experience (After Effects) is a bonus

Nice to Haves

Experience with drone operation or gimbal work
Animation or motion design skills
Familiarity with content for paid media / ads
