We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Creator | Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess a diverse skill set that includes content creation and social media management to help us tell our story, engage our community, and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

The Content Creator | Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and original content that showcases G-Code Tactical products, brand values, and customer stories. This role blends creativity with technical skill, requiring someone who can plan, produce, edit, and distribute content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact photo, video, and written content that highlights our products, tells stories, boosts engagement, and builds brand loyalty.
• Work closely with marketing agency to link content creation to enhance brand image and awareness.
• Manage content calendars and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Capture on-site photography and videography (studio and field-based).
• Edit video and photo content for social media, website, and advertising.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a content creator, multimedia specialist, or similar role.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, branded content production, and editing. Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute creative concepts from start to finish.
• Need to know and have a good understanding of SEO, D2C Sales, Content Development, and Marketing Strategy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Passion for tactical gear, firearms industry, or outdoor lifestyle industries preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
