Location: Riyadh, KSA

Our team of fully qualified coaches operates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh (KSA), providing exceptional curricular and extra-curricular sports experiences for schools and communities.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will plan, create, and execute marketing activities that promote our sports programs and enhance brand presence across KSA. This role reports directly to the Sports Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts, aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
  • Capture photo, video, and testimonial content across company venues, events, school visits, tournaments, and activations for use across all marketing and social media platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and update content and marketing calendars, including campaign timelines, posting schedules, and key deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across digital, print, and on-site marketing materials.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor performance, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to regularly update website content, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct monthly audits of platform performance to optimise engagement and growth.

3. Campaigns & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for term programs, holiday camps, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
  • Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, signage, uniforms, and merchandise.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Support influencer and partnership collaborations, including briefing and content coordination, where applicable.

4. Communication & CRM Marketing

  • Draft and distribute newsletters, promotional emails, and WhatsApp/SMS campaigns using CRM tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Maintain, update, and segment customer databases for targeted marketing outreach.
  • Collect and share content, stories, photos, and updates from venues and internal teams to support ongoing campaigns.

5. Event & On-Site Marketing Support

  • Attend events, sign-up days, school visits, and tournaments to capture content and support on-site marketing activities.
  • Assist with event activations, open days, and promotional setups.
  • Ensure timely setup and availability of marketing signage and materials at venues and events.

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, email marketing, and campaign results.
  • Track marketing spend and basic return on investment (ROI).
  • Organize and manage the photo and video content library and marketing asset archive.
  • Present key insights and actionable recommendations during team or management meetings.

7. Brand Responsibilities

  • Academy Super League (ASL) – KSA

Each brand must maintain its own identity, content strategy, posting calendar, and performance tracking, while aligning with the overall Elite group brand guidelines.

9. Social Media Channel Ownership

For each brand in KSA, the Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator supports:

This includes scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, supporting paid campaigns, and assisting with performance reporting.

11. Key profile & capability requirement

The successful candidate will be a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with:

  • A proven ability to generate engaging content ideas and translate concepts into high-quality photo and video assets.
  • A strong understanding of how to communicate value, pathways, and outcomes to both parents and teenage athletes.
  • The ability to capture real-time training sessions, camps, events, and competitions and edit this content into short-form and long-form videos that reflect a premium brand experience.
  • An appreciation of storytelling that balances performance, fun, education, and athlete development.
  • A keen eye for detail in filming, editing, branding, tone, and consistency across platforms.
  • Confidence working on-site at venues and events, interacting with coaches, athletes, and parents in a professional manner.
  • Strong video editing skills suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and paid advertising content.

12. Accountability & Standards

The Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator is expected to:

  • Assist with end-to-end social media execution for KSA brands
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity
  • Support campaign execution to drive registrations and awareness
  • Track and report on KPIs by brand, platform, and campaign
  • Coordinate content inputs from operations, sports managers, and events
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or content role.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics, paid ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with website CMS and AI-based marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Driving and having your own car desirable.
