Content Creator ( Female )

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience creating multimedia content across digital platforms, from written blogs and social media posts to video and graphic content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create compelling and original content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Develop multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and infographics, to boost audience engagement.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company’s tone of voice, branding, and target audience.

Content Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars that support campaigns and business objectives.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to inform creative direction.
• Contribute ideas for new formats, platforms, and storytelling approaches to increase brand visibility.

Optimization & Performance Tracking

• Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance reports with recommendations for optimization.
• Adjust content strategies based on analytics and feedback to maximize impact.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality multimedia assets.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Maintain brand consistency in all content while adapting style for different channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software).
• Familiarity with SEO, social media management, and content analytics tools.
• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 3000AED - 6000AED Per Month.
