Job Description – Senior Content Creator (Brand & Business Communication)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Content Creator to collaborate with the founder in creating high-quality, conversation-led content for a growing e-commerce company. This role focuses on brand storytelling, business insights, and marketing conversations rather than fashion styling.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who understands branding, consumer behavior, and marketing, and can create engaging video/podcast/reel-style content with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-create conversation-led content with the founder on topics like brand building, marketing, customer psychology, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
• Shoot and present in interview-style, conversational, or thought-leadership formats (Reels, long-form videos, live sessions, podcasts).
• Script, structure, and idea content that positions the company as a strong brand-building case study.
• Break down complex business and marketing concepts into simple, engaging language for the audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, launches, and community discussions.
• Bring fresh content ideas that highlight the company’s journey, strategies, and values.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak fluently and confidently.
• Solid understanding of business, branding, and marketing concepts.
• Comfortable on-camera and skilled at leading or co-leading conversation-driven videos.
• Experience in content creation for brands, podcasts, or educational/business platforms is preferred.
• Ability to research, script, and idea alongside the founder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
