Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content (text, photo, video, graphics, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to promote office spaces, coworking areas, meeting rooms, and other services.
- Manage the business center’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Plan and produce video tours, testimonials, and promotional clips highlighting facilities and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, newsletters, and advertising creatives.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to create relevant and engaging content.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital ads to maximize reach and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, suggesting improvements for engagement and ROI.
- Support event coverage (photos, videos, live updates) for workshops, networking events, and community gatherings at the business center.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience ( 1 year minimum) in content creation, preferably in real estate, coworking, or service industry.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, editing (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / CapCut).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and social media algorithms.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s business setup and offices.
- Experience in paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
