  • Nurture relationships with current influencers to keep them engaged, informed, and excited to promote upcoming leagues, events, and camps

Who You Are

  • A strategic marketer who makes decisions based on data, not just vibes (though those count, too!)
  • A creative thinker and doer—you can brainstorm big ideas and roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Someone who thinks like a leader — you’re not just showing up; you’re showing out and ready to vision how we grow into managing more cities and bigger programs.

  • Passionate about building communities and bringing people together
  • Skilled in balancing multiple brand voices and understanding different audience needs
  • A great communicator - in-person, on the phone, and written

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation is a solid starting point—but we’re not counting years as much as we’re counting impact. Whether you’ve honed your craft inside an agency, built your own brand, or launched campaigns that turned heads, what matters most is the vision and creativity you bring to the table.
