Position Type: Full-time Salaried. This is a fully on-site, in-person position.
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services and drive business growth. Your role involves overseeing various marketing initiatives, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing and business objectives.
Essential Functions:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience.

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels, such as digital, social media, print, events, and traditional media.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Utilize the data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Coordinate and execute product or service launches, including marketing materials, promotional activities, and sales support.

Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including website management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, handle press releases, and manage public relations initiatives to enhance the company's image and reputation.

Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
