Overview
Our Queens' based catering hall is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing & curating live content from the special events being held at our establishment and strategically posting them on a variety of platforms.

Candidates must be well versed in photography & videography and have extensive knowledge working with Meta, Instagram & TikTok while being able to implement effective paid & non-paid social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Capture & create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including Meta, TikTok & IG Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and professionalism before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, and public relations.

Requirements

This is a full time position requiring on-location presence on weekends at our facility in order to capture special moments at our clients' events. Other production. organization & strategic duties can be accomplished remotely.

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in photography & video creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management applications
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools including Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management and public relations.
  • Experience in graphic design is preferred; knowledge of video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, e-commerce strategies, and branding principles. Join us as we elevate our brand through innovative social media strategies!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
