Our client, a fresh design and branding agency, is looking for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join their team!
The ideal candidate is a hands-on content creator with a strong sense of visual storytelling, social media management experience, and the ability to analyze performance to drive engagement.
Strategy & Content
- Develop and execute content strategies for agency clients and internal brand accounts, aligned with business objectives and target audiences
- Create original social media content (copy, graphics, reels, and stories) with a strategic approach—not just filling a content calendar
- Manage editorial calendars across multiple clients, ensuring brand consistency, tone, and posting frequency
- Participate in on-site content creation, including photoshoots, video shoots, and client visits as needed.
- Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and emerging formats across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms using digital analytics tools
- Prepare monthly performance reports per client, including reach, engagement, growth, conversions, and other agreed KPIs
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize strategy and clearly present results to clients
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to identify opportunities
Branding & Agency Work
- Support branding projects, ensuring consistency in visual identity and brand voice across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with the team in the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns
- Actively participate in client meetings, presenting strategies and performance results clearly and confidently
Profile we are looking for
- 4–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (agency or client-side experience preferred)
- Strong command of digital tools: Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, and native platform analytics tools
- Experience creating and editing audiovisual content (Reels, short-form video; basic motion skills are a plus)
- Analytical mindset: able to read data, identify patterns, and make decisions based on metrics
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent writing skills in Spanish; English is a plus
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
