Content Creator (Video)

Role: Content Creator – Video & Social Media

We’re looking for a video content creator.

You’ll be creating short-form, personality-driven content for our brand - think reels, ads, influencer-style videos, and social posts.

This role is about storytelling, presence, and persuasion, not stock footage and buzzwords.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, Ads)
• Appear on camera (talking head, POV, commentary, hooks)
• Script, shoot, and edit content (light polish > overproduction)
• Create content for:
• Social media
• Paid ads
• Brand storytelling
• Turn ideas into content fast (speed > perfection)
• Adapt content to different tones: educational, promotional, conversational

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable being on camera (non-negotiable)
• Strong sense of:
• Hooks
• Attention retention
• Internet culture
• Experience creating:
• Reels / Shorts / TikToks
• Influencer-style or UGC (user generated content)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understands how content drives engagement and conversions

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience creating video content
• Familiar with creator-led brands or agencies
• Can follow a content framework but still bring personality
• Has built or grown a personal or brand account

What This Is NOT

• Not graphic-design-only
• Not faceless stock videos
• Not corporate fluff content
• Not “I’ll send ideas but someone else films”

If you don’t like being on camera, this is not the role.

Requirements

• Portfolio or examples of video content (links required)
• Comfortable recording yourself on camera
• Reliable internet and basic filming setup (phone is fine)
• Ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
