Content Creator, Videography and Editor - Marketing

We are looking for a confident, elegant, camera-friendly content creator to become part of our luxury aesthetic clinic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate loves beauty, skincare, luxury lifestyle, Instagram, TikTok, and creating viral content. She will appear in reels, stories, treatment videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews with doctors, and clinic campaigns.

This is NOT a basic receptionist or admin role.We want someone creative, stylish, energetic, and passionate about aesthetics and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography:
• Capture high-resolution, detailed images of medical products and dental equipment (Macro & Product Photography) to highlight their quality and precision.
• Shoot and document behind-the-scenes (BTS) workflows inside the dental laboratory, and record interviews with dentists and technicians.
• Set up lighting and audio equipment to produce both short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
• Content Creation:
• Edit and montage videos in a modern, dynamic style that aligns with the latest social media trends.
• Write engaging and creative copy (Copywriting) for posts and videos, tailored specifically to our target B2B audience (dentists, lab technicians, and dental clinics).
• Create basic graphic designs and edit photos using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media:
• Develop, schedule, and manage the monthly content calendar across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
• Focus on building brand awareness, increasing organic engagement, and generating potential business leads.
• Basic Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record management
• Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
• Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Age & Gender Preference: Female
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation and digital marketing. (Prior experience in the medical, dental, or aesthetic sectors is a major plus).
• Technical Proficiency: * Mastery of DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, as well as studio lighting and audio equipment.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Soft Skills: Highly creative with meticulous attention to visual detail. Strong time-management skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills to direct people comfortably during shoots.
• Portfolio (Mandatory): Applicants must submit a link to their professional portfolio showcasing samples of product/macro photography, video editing, and social media content.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
