Products Reels Maker or Vlogger - Instagram Reels

The job is for the Products Reels maker. Creating reels for B2B and B2C flowers, bouquet and arrangements using mobile phone. Please apply if you have experience making reels for PRODUCTS. Engagement, increasing followers and reach.

The job is ideal for the one who uses mobile phone to make reels.

The company provides free shared accommodation and transportation.

Job Purpose:

• Shoot, edit and post high-quality video contents for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, BTS, product features).
• Own the content process from ideation and scheduling to posting and analysis across all our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms).
• Develop engaging short-form video, photo and written content that showcases our products and offers.
• Create engaging content (reels) for social media platforms primarily Instagram leveraging trending formats and techniques.
• Uploading and scheduling content in line with our content calendar and product launches (Flowers and Plants Photo and videography experience is a bonus but not essential).
• Enhance video footage to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Collaborating with influencers
• Collaborate with our internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Grow and engage our online community, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand voice

KPIs

• Weekly content volume and consistency across platforms.
• Engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, saves).
• Follower growth and reach per platform.

Preferred experience:

• Experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends
• Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable working autonomously and able to jump in where needed
• Bonus if you have experience working with Flowers and Plants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
