Content Delivery Specialist

Bobit Business Media Inc. ("BBM") is seeking a Content Delivery Specialist to join its media operations team. We are open to skilled professionals with applicable experience. The role requires a detail-oriented individual dedicated to ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely production of eNewsletters across multiple B2B brands.

Acting as the final checkpoint before publishing, this role oversees the end-to-end delivery process — from scheduling and setup to QA, deployment, and performance verification. In addition to newsletters, the specialist also supports web-native content delivery by assignment, managing CMS publishing, applying SEO and metadata, and ensuring discoverability across search engines, syndication platforms, and AI-driven discovery. This role requires strong organizational skills, disciplined execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Content, Audience Development, and Product teams.

Headquartered in Torrance, CA, BBM employees work remotely from home. BBM is open to employing new associates in (only) the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA (except San Francisco), CT, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NC, NV, OH, OR, TN, WI

Pay Range:


  • Pay is hourly - ranging from $24 to $26 per hour (if annualized $49,920 to $54,080)
  • The pay range is one that BBM reasonably expects to pay for this position; posted pay info does not guarantee, obligate, nor set expectations of an applicant’s wage in the event of hire


Responsibilities:


Primary Responsibilities: eNewsletter Delivery & QA

  • Manage the daily deployment schedule in project management platform
  • Receive HTML files and creative assets from editors and prepare them for deployment
  • Set up newsletters in the email service provider (ESP), including audience assignments and splits
  • Conduct QA and testing cycles with Editors and Ad Ops teams, ensuring formatting, links, tracking, and creative display meet standards
  • Execute newsletter deployments and verify successful delivery across devices, clients, and platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and processes and participate in periodical audits and workflow reviews to ensure continuous improvement
  • Adhere to company directives, policies, and best practices on all matters related to role at company
  • Any/all other duties as assigned or required

Additional Responsibilities:

Web-Native Content Delivery

  • Publish and manage editorial and sponsored content within CMS platforms, ensuring proper formatting, tagging, and categorization
  • Apply SEO best practices (metadata, headlines, schema, alt text) to improve content discoverability
  • Optimize for syndication platforms such as Google News, Apple News, and large language models (LLMs)
  • Coordinate with editorial teams to ensure articles and assets are posted on time and aligned with publishing calendars
  • Support consistency of presentation across digital platforms and ensure content meets technical requirements

Quality Control & Execution Discipline

  • Act as the final checkpoint for both newsletters and web content prior to publishing
  • QA all formatting, links, tracking codes, visuals, and metadata to ensure content is fully ready for audience delivery
  • Uphold brand standards, technical accuracy, and publishing consistency across channels
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and implement refinements that enhance efficiency, speed, and reliability



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, email marketing or media operations (experience in B2B media is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred – or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficiency with email service providers (ESPs) such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web content formatting is preferred
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and familiarity with SEO optimization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage publishing schedules with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello
  • Demonstrated collaboration with editorial, audience and ad operations teams on content and campaign delivery
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong QA skills and commitment to excellence in execution
  • Ability and willingness to adhere to BBM policies, procedures, and best practices as communicated by management
