Responsibilities

Do you have experience with creating slide decks and content with Google Sheets and Excel? Do you have experience working within a contact center? Looking for a Content Designer that can create Business Cases, gather information and create a design to tell a story. This position will work closely with upper management for content design.

Job Summary:
The Slide/Content Designer will support the Ascension Contact Center team to create slides that adhere to corporate and CX team standards, for executive level presentations. The content and design will help to effectively tell a “story” and communicate clearly the desired outcome. This role will support the Operational Directors, Vice President and other key ACC associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create slide decks in Excel and Google Sheets for executive level presentations
  • Partner with Directors and Vice President to create slides based on their content guidance and desired outcomes
  • Understand the Ascension Contact Center
  • Take the necessary time to become comfortable with the contact center work, understand complexities of the service lines, and new initiatives to leverage this information to create slides that clearly depict the business needs and desired outcomes
  • Participate in Project Meetings and Staff Meetings to remain in touch with various projects and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to understand desired performance, assess learning needs, and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned courses.


Requirements

Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.


Additional Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support for Director or above
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
  • Advanced proficiency in slide design & visualizations
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication and presentation skills
