Content Designer

We’re a fast-growing ecommerce tea company looking for a creative Content Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending digital and physical design and isn’t afraid to bring a little personality (okay, a lot of personality) into their work.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up everywhere, from social media to the moment customers open their tea. If you can capture a fun, slightly unhinged brand voice and translate it into strong visual design, we want to hear from you.

• Full-time position
• Hybrid role with a mix of remote work and occasional in-office days
• Based near our office in Hatboro, PA preferred (near Philadelphia, PA)
• Salary: $60,000

What You’ll Do:

• Email Design: Create fun, high-converting email campaigns that bring our brand voice to life
• Social Media Design: Partner with our social team to develop scroll-stopping assets across posts, stories, and more
• Printed Marketing Materials: Design stickers, labels, packaging elements, inserts, pamphlets, and other brand collateral using cohesive visuals and messaging
• Packaging Design: Assist with product and packaging design, as needed
• Web + Brand Assets: Support light web design and create additional brand assets as needed

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Someone who can capture our fun and unique brand identity
• Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator
• Understanding of print production basics (bleeds, CMYK vs RGB, file setup, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media formats, sizing, and best practices
• Portfolio or examples of work required
• Ability to meet deadlines and manages multiple projects at once

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in ecommerce or CPG design a major plus
• Proficiency with Photoshop and/or Figma
• Illustration experience

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
