Content Developer

Job Purpose:

To develop strategic, engaging, and conversion-driven content that supports admissions growth, strengthens the GoldenBee brand, and drives enquiries, campus visits, and enrollments through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions & Business Development Content

• Create persuasive content for admissions brochures, prospectus, and school profiles
• Draft parent communication including emails, WhatsApp campaigns, SMS, and follow-ups
• Support admissions team with scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling content

2. Digital Marketing Content

• Develop content for website pages, digital ads, landing pages, and creatives
• Write social media captions, reel scripts, and campaign posts
• Optimize content for enquiries, form fills, and walk-ins

3. Brand Communication & Storytelling

• Write success stories, achievements, testimonials, and event highlights
• Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with the school’s philosophy

4. Campaign Support

• Support admission campaigns, scholarship tests, and open houses
• Create content calendars aligned with academic and digital marketing plans

5. Research & Improvement

• Study parent behaviour, competition, and digital trends
• Improve messaging based on campaign performance

6. Quality & Compliance

• Proofread all content for clarity and professionalism
• Ensure communication aligns with school policies and ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
