Content Editor for Qatar (Arabic)

We are looking for Content Editor (Arabic) for Qatar location.

Onsite Role

- 3+ years of experience in the content creation/editorial field and writing bilingual content in both Arabic and English

- Good understanding of government communication strategies and digital engagement

- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

- Reports to the Experienced Editor, Stream Lead, and Team Lead

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Write Arabic and English content for Hukoomi platform including news, events, services, articles, topics…etc

- Translate Arabic content into English and vice-versa whenever required

- Check any editorial requests as requested, report any remarks, and apply the necessary editorial changes

- Update any required content sections on Hukoomi platform whenever needed

- Follow editorial guidelines, accessibility guidelines, and any other framework, policies, or procedures

- Gather information from credible sources and comply with content copyrights, before creating or publishing any content

- Follow content management process by sharing all the content deliverables created to the Experienced Editor who will conduct the first review

- Perform other duties as requested and follow required reporting and KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR11,800.00 per month
