The UAE Context


Edenred UAE is a fast growing payroll service provider serving more than 6,000 business and more than 2 million unbanked employees. We service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions. About the Role


We’re looking for a versatile and creative Content Executive who can bring Edenred UAE’s story to life across both B2C and B2B audiences. You’ll be the voice behind our digital presence — from building connection with millions of C3Pay users across TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, to shaping how HR and payroll leaders engage with Edenred on LinkedIn and our corporate blog.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, community engagement, and brand strategy. You’ll create content that informs, inspires, and converts — from short-form videos and testimonials to thought-leadership articles and in-person event activations.

Position Scope


Here are just a few of the ways you'll make an impact:


  • Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and execute a cohesive content calendar across B2C (C3Pay) and B2B (Edenred UAE) channels. Craft compelling stories that educate, engage, and strengthen brand trust.
  • Social Media Management : Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in-app placements. Ensure every post reflects the brand’s tone, purpose, and personality.
  • Visual & Video Production : Plan and oversee content shoots — from concept to final edit — showcasing real users, client stories, and product experiences. Collaborate with creative teams or external vendors to deliver high-quality visuals.
  • Community & Event Activation : Support monthly engagement events at major client accommodations (C3Pay user base) by planning activations, producing live content, and turning on-ground moments into digital stories.
  • Thought Leadership & Corporate Content : Write and publish blog articles, LinkedIn posts, and press content that highlight Edenred’s expertise and innovation in payroll, HR, and financial inclusion.
  • Performance Tracking : Measure and report on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Use insights to continuously refine strategy and test new formats or channels.


Required Skills & Profile


Here are the qualities that will make you a perfect fit:


  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand communications (experience in fintech, startups, or lifestyle brands is an advantage).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for both consumer and corporate audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends across major platforms.
  • Comfortable planning and executing photo/video shoots and working with agencies or freelancers when needed.
  • Confident and comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand in short-form content and campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Collaborative spirit — comfortable working across Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
