Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Content & Communication Executive with an academic background in English Literature or similar fields. The ideal candidate must have excellent command over English — strong reading skills, the ability to write clearly, and the creativity to develop well-structured paragraphs, documents, and communication pieces.

This role is perfect for candidates who love writing, explaining ideas, and working closely with product, marketing, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and polished content for internal and external use.
• Create well-structured paragraphs, documentation, summaries, and reports.
• Assist in drafting content for websites, product descriptions, presentations, and social media.
• Review grammar, sentence structure, and tone to ensure high-quality communication.
• Work with AI/Tech teams to convert technical concepts into simple, readable content.
• Support the creation of training materials, guides, and knowledge bases.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across all written content.

Required Skills

• Excellent command over English writing, reading, and comprehension.
• Ability to write clean, structured paragraphs with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content.
• Good understanding of storytelling and paragraph flow.
• Basic research skills for preparing accurate content.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, English Honours, Mass Communication, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in content writing, editing, or creative writing.
• Understanding of digital content formats (blogs, social media posts, website content).
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting/rewriting (optional).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
