We’re looking for a Content Head to lead the content function across brands and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision — someone who can ideate, write, review, and guide a team to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
You will drive content strategy, storytelling, and brand tone across all mediums — digital, social, video, print, and experiential.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Lead a team of writers, content creators, and strategists — guiding tone, quality, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with creative, design, social media, and marketing teams to ensure unified communication.
- Build brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Content Creation & Supervision
- Conceptualize and oversee campaign narratives, long-form and short-form content.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Develop high-performing content for social media, digital campaigns, video scripts, and editorial platforms.
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, insights, and audience behavior.
- Performance & Innovation
- Use analytics to track engagement and performance metrics; optimize content accordingly.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, new platforms, and tools.
- Experiment with emerging formats — podcasts, reels, short-form videos, blogs, etc.
- People Management
- Hire, train, and mentor the content team.
- Foster a creative, collaborative environment where ideas thrive.
- Conduct content reviews and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in content writing, strategy, and team leadership (preferably in an agency, digital, or media setup).
- Strong command over English and/or Hindi (depending on brand needs).
- Proven experience in leading creative storytelling for brands.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and brand communication.
- Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of content performance metrics and digital marketing basics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
