The Content Lead is the operational deputy to the Media Director, accountable for turning strategy into execution across all content channels. The role manages day-to-day planning, production, and optimization of content that drives engagement, brand consistency, and commercial outcomes—especially delivery against advertising packages and performance campaigns. The Content Lead acts for the Director when required and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure content fuels growth and revenue.

Co-lead and coach the content squad (creators, designers, marketing) to deliver on-brand, audience-relevant assets across social, web, and app—owning day-to-day planning, QA, and throughput while supporting the Head of Content’s direction.

Translate strategy into execution: help refine and implement creative content and marketing plans aligned to the Company’s vision, driving engagement, brand awareness, and revenue with clear briefs, timelines, and SLAs.

Partner with Sales to turn client briefs into compelling advertising content; prepare mockups/storyboards, ensure brand alignment, and safeguard margins to maximize profit on advertising and marketing sales.

Oversee production of digital advertising campaigns (paid and organic), focusing on interaction, performance, and commercial outcomes; flag risks and optimization opportunities early.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing to enhance email, social, SEO, SEM, and paid media effectiveness; coordinate calendars, assets, and tests for cohesive go-to-market.

Monitor trends and audience insights and feed timely recommendations to keep content fresh, culturally relevant, and competitive.

Analyze performance and deliver actionable reporting (what to scale, fix, or stop) to continuously improve ROI and meet targets.

Uphold quality and compliance, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and legal requirements, with rigorous editorial and creative review.

Act as deputy for the function when the Head of Content is unavailable, maintaining continuity, clearing blockers, and escalating where needed.
QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

· 5–7+ years in digital content/creative roles with 2+ years leading a team/squad.

· Proven track record delivering content for advertising/media packages or e-commerce/paid media environments.

· Portfolio of end-to-end campaigns showing measurable impact.

· Fluent in Arabic and English.

Strong people leadership and project management; able to run fast, concurrent work-streams.
