Take over a key role as a Content Lead in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

• Lead the full copy and content function, ensuring high-quality, error-free creative output
• Lead big-idea development for brand, product launch, and seasonal campaigns and bring them to life, from end to end, including video production
• Deliver strong creative performance across all communication channels with improved CTR, hook rates, and brand-lift results
• Increase the volume, quality, and freshness of content while reducing creative delays and revision rounds
• Manage, coach, and mentor all copywriters within the team
• Oversee copy development for all departments, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging
• Collaborate with BD, Product, and Partnership to understand service USPs and shape strategic communication approaches
• Support campaign development with strong conceptual thinking and creative direction
• Review and approve all written content to maintain high linguistic and creative standards
• Provide guidance during shoots and creative production when required
  
  

What we are looking for:

• 8–10+ years of experience in English copywriting across diverse communication channels
• Arabic-speaking is a plus
• Exceptional creativity and strong command of written communication
• Deep understanding of GCC language nuances, tone, and vernacular
• Prior agency or in-house brand copywriting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and high-quality work (mandatory submission)
• Ability to mentor and elevate other writers within the team
