  • Create and own all written and narrative content for websites, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, corporate communications, and scripts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with NCC Holding’s brand voice.
  • Develop content themes, narratives, outlines, and messaging frameworks aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Translate objectives into clear content briefs.
  • Define, maintain, and govern brand tone of voice and messaging consistency across all platforms and entities.
  • Review and approve content narratives before execution.
  • Write scripts for videos, events, campaigns, and internal or external communications, ensuring strong storytelling aligned with brand positioning.
  • Adapt and align content for digital platforms, offline materials, presentations, and corporate documents while maintaining a unified narrative.
  • Provide approved content themes, scripts, captions, and messaging direction to the Media Lead for execution, while reviewing outputs for content accuracy.
  • Analyze content effectiveness in collaboration with Digital teams to refine messaging and storytelling, without managing posting or performance optimization.
