NCRi Solutions is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Senior Creative Designer / Visual Content Lead who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and communication, supporting both internal teams and external client campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, design, and execution of creative content for both internal communications and client marketing initiatives.
- Design and deliver digital assets including social media visuals, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, videos, animations, and branded collateral.
- Support internal departments (HR, Customer Service, Business Planning, and others) by creating engaging visuals for internal communications, employer branding, campaigns, and announcements.
- Develop creative content for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and platform-specific requirements.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in key brand and client campaigns, particularly social media storytelling and video-based content.
- Own and maintain brand consistency across all internal and external creative assets.
- Provide guidance and quality checks for a junior creative resource, offering feedback and creative direction (without people-management responsibility).
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Customer Service, Business Planning, and other teams.
- Create client-facing and internal presentations that clearly communicate creative concepts and ideas.
- Contribute to campaign pitches, internal reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on design, social media, and short-form video trends and apply them creatively.
- Experiment with new storytelling formats and creative approaches to continuously enhance output quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6+ years of experience in a creative design or visual content role.
- Proven experience working on both internal brand content and client-facing creative projects.
- Strong expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects), Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, formats, and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
