Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a content strategy aligned with NetCom+ goals, focusing on AI education, career development, and employability.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality blog posts, landing page copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and video scripts highlighting NetCom+’ USPs (expert-led courses, flexible learning, hands-on projects, certifications).
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to incorporate target keywords (e.g., “AI courses India”) and ensure content ranks on Google’s first page.
- Campaign Support: Develop content for Meta Ads, webinars and various marketing Activities
- Social Media Management: Curate and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, leveraging trends like #EdTechIndia to achieve 2-3% engagement rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work with designers to create visuals and with developers to ensure content integrates seamlessly on the website and landing pages.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging tone that reflects NetCom+ mission of empowering learners.
- Local Relevance: Tailor content for Indian audiences, incorporating Hindi/English bilingual elements where needed for Tier-2 city outreach.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years in content marketing, preferably in edtech, e-learning, or B2C industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Certifications in content marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google) are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in content tools: Canva, Grammarly, WordPress,
o Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
o Creative storytelling to engage diverse audiences.
o Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of India’s edtech market and digital marketing trends.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
