Social Media Organic/Paid Account Manager(Females Only)

Overview:
Devronix Solutions, a dynamic and innovative digital solutions provider, is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Organic/Paid Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing and growing our organic social media presence across various platforms, driving brand engagement, and enhancing our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner, fostering a community environment.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to establish a strong brand presence.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Account Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
